How long is the crossing from Sanur to Nusa Penida?

The crossing time is almost the same for each fast boat, normally it takes about 35 - 40 minutes. For information, the length of the crossing also depends on weather, sea waves and other technical conditions.

How do I use my e-ticket?

You can print the e-ticket or just show it on your smartphone. Please come to our partner boat counter at least 30 minutes before departure time. Show your e-ticket to get a physical ticket. Furthermore, this physical ticket is what you use to get on the boat.

I don't know the location of the boat counter to check in. Can you tell, please?

Yes, sure. Each fast boat has its own ticket exchange counter. The location of the counter is at the port where your fast boat departs. What if I arrive late?

You can join the next departure with the same boat at no additional cost, if there are still seats available. For this case, you can immediately confirm first to the boat clerk at the counter to check seat availability or you can contact us on WhatsApp. Please understand that there will be no refunds for late arrival.
